End-of-Life Doula Support

As a Death Doula (End-of-Life Doula) trained by Going with Grace and with two years of experience in hospice care in Berlin, I support individuals approaching the end of life—whether living with a serious illness or not—as well as their loved ones, who are often facing emotional, practical, and physical challenges.

My support is non-medical and complements care whether at home, in a hospice, or in a care facility by providing a compassionate, trained, and reassuring presence throughout this deeply meaningful and sensitive stage of life.

Every end-of-life journey is unique. I tailor my support to each person's pace, values, wishes, and life story, offering a space grounded in respect, gentleness, dignity, and meaningful human connection.

Fees

  • €80 per hour for individual support
  • €150 per hour for family, couple, or group support sessions

What my End-of-Life Doula Support Includes

  • through a calm, attentive, and reassuring presence alongside the person nearing the end of life,
  • through deep and compassionate listening, creating space to express emotions, fears, needs, wishes, and concerns—with or without words;
  • by providing emotional and practical support to family members as they navigate change, caregiving responsibilities, uncertainty, fatigue, grief, and the approach of death;
  • by helping clarify roles, wishes, and priorities, while fostering respectful communication and understanding among everyone involved;
  • by creating moments of comfort, meaning, and connection through meal preparation, gentle touch or massage, creative activities, expressive arts, and personalized rituals when these resonate with the person and their values.
