Am I the Right Coach for You?
Choosing the right coach is an important decision. Beyond qualifications and experience, it's about finding someone whose approach, values, and perspective truly resonate with you.
About me: I Don't Just Have a Job — I Have a Guiding Thread.
I began my career in the cultural and social sector, exploring themes of identity and borders.
My academic background is in Communication and Cultural Mediation.
I've never followed a single career path. Instead, one consistent purpose has connected every role I've taken: helping people and organizations grow, navigate change, and unlock potentials.
Over the years, I've worn many hats. While the titles have changed, the mission has remained the same: supporting meaningful transformation through curiosity, empathy, and practical action.
My personal Journey
2020, I visited my mother and did not understand what was going on at home. I called my dad who told me quite directly that that my mother was probably facing a neurodegenerative illness. She was turning 73. Well, it's where this journey has started.
Within a palliative care unit, I support people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds who are living with serious illness at different stages of the end of life.
Trained as a Death (End-of-Life) Doula with Alua Arthur (Going with Grace), this practice complements my academic knowledge with hands-on experience. I work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and actively contribute to interdisciplinary case meetings.
This work continually deepens my understanding of dignity, ethics, and person-centred care. It has also given me valuable insight into the realities of loss of autonomy and serious illness.
Skills developed and applied:
Above all, this experience has reinforced my unconditional respect and openness toward every individual, regardless of illness, disability, or physical condition.
I am also trained in bereavement support through the European Bereavement Federation and provide specialised support for complex grief, particularly following suicide or traumatic death.
In addition, I work with organisations to support teams after the death of a colleague and deliver training for HR professionals and managers on grief in the workplace.
I also advise psychosocial organisations on the intersection of grief and migration, taking into account cultural, identity-related, and trauma-informed perspectives.
Because I have always been fascinated by human relationships—both social and interpersonal—and the quality of those relationships, training in conflict resolution was a natural step.

Change & Transition Support
During the pandemic, I turned my long-standing passion for space optimisation and interior organisation into a professional activity, successfully supporting clients both in person and remotely.
Skills developed and applied:
After moving to Berlin, I worked with international companies to organise sustainable corporate events—zero plastic, zero waste—and to support their participation in trade fairs and professional exhibitions.
Skills developed and applied:
Environmental sustainability is not just a personal value—it is an integral part of my professional commitment.
I actively advocate for a more sustainable approach to funeral practices by promoting greener cemeteries in France and sharing inspiring examples from Germany.

My Vision
“Those who are gone blend their faces with ours. We remain intimately connected, beneath the surface, in an endless process of transformation. (...) We can only speak of a kind of flow that is constantly changing—sometimes darkening, then unexpectedly filling with light.”
— Christian Bobin
